Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

• Jewelry must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.
• Jewelry with clear signs of wear or scratches will be returned back to the sender.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned item is received by us.
• Returns and exchanges on customized and personalized items are not accepted.
